The First Annual OSH Potluck & Campout will be held on August 5th & 6th, at
Hornhog's (Jason & Angie Dixson's), house. They have room for campers to
pitch a tent. He says to bring your bows for a little friendly competition
or be ready to play a game of horseshoes. Jason's house is near the La Pine
State Park at 15962 Twin Drive. Easy directions from Bend, head south on
Hwy. 97, take the State Rec. Road towards La Pine State Park. Just before
entering the park is 5th Street, to the left, or south. Take that road, go
to Twin, it's the third road off of 5th, turn right. His house is the last
one on the right on the first block. There will be signs out to follow.
Bring some of your favorite sheds to share with fellow shed hunters and
your stories to tell around the campfire. OSH will be giving away a few
t-shirts for sheds that win selected categories. Tentative categories may
include the most unique shed, biggest overall deer/elk, best story for
finding a shed, most impressive shed overall. OSH will be providing the
hamburgers and hotdogs for Saturday's dinner. Please bring a sidedish or dessert to share and your beverage of choice. Jason and Angie will provide biscuits and gravy for all on Sunday morning for breakfast. For more information, you can
